Big thanks to all of your team who have made the home video workstation assessments the huge success they have been. Initially there was some doubt as to how effective a video assessment might be, but all feedback has been fabulous. So again a big thanks to all the team who have helped our people out throughout this Covid period.

Early intervention has made a significant improvement in the way we manage musculoskeletal injuries. By receiving reports/management plans for these injuries our team leaders have been better able to manage these injuries. This improvement has been reflected by a significant drop in LTIFR.

I just wanted to say what a great initiative this has been. Two of my staff who have been through the process recently have now recovered or are recovering from injuries or soreness. No days missed and only some limitations on normal duties for a short period of time which was easily manageable. Good outcome for the team members and the company!
