- Penny joined the TBI Health team in 2005 at our Newtown clinic. Since then she was Clinic Manager at Lower Hutt and Ellerslie before moving to Nelson in 2010. In 2009, Penny completed a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Auckland and is now the Operations and Quality Manager for TBI Health New Zealand Limited.
